Join us on this comprehensive Shimla Kullu Manali Tour as we take you across this glorious wintery hinterland in all its splendor. Whether you’re an art aficionado, a backpacking adventure seeker, a retired couple looking for a peaceful sojourn away from the hustle and bustle of city life, or a newly married honeymooning couple, you will have the time of your life with us on this luxurious Shimla Manali Tour Package for a duration of 5 nights and 6 days in the beauty and tranquility of Manali and Shimla.
New Delhi (Pickup can be arranged from location in and around Delhi)
Evening (Around 5 or 6 PM)
The first day of your Shimla Manali Tour Package begins in the evening in Delhi, where you meet and escorted aboard our luxury AC Volvo bus with plush comfortable seating and reclining, in which you undertake a restful overnight journey to Manali, at a distance of 550 odd km. Volvo is the most luxurious bus out of all the others plying on this route, in order to ensure maximum restfulness and comfort during your journey so that you arrive in Manali the next morning full of energy, vim, and vigor for the day(s) ahead.
The AC Volvo drops you off early in the morning at Manali the next day; breathe in the pure and clean air, far away from the 250+ AQI of Delhi pollution, and take in your beautiful surroundings. The first day of the tour is entirely relaxed, so rest up well in your hotel where you get dropped off and then just take a leisurely stroll on Mall Road with its colorful and lively ambiance, shop around, and just splurge on food in Old Manali.
Manali, the valley of Gods, is a beautiful tourist town in the snow-capped Himalayas, which sees all nature of travelers from wanderers to honeymoon couples owing to its striking beauty, as well as retired or working professionals just looking for peace and quiet. There are plenty of local sightseeing activities in the city like the famous Hadimba Temple and the Himalayan Nyingmapa Buddhist Monastery for the spiritually inclined. The tiny city is dotted with beautiful waterfalls and adventure lovers can trek up to Jogini Falls or the hot water springs of Vashisht. You can imbibe some culture at the Museum of Himachal Culture and Folk Art or just hang around shopping and eating at the restaurants on Mall Road with our Manali Tour Package.
Among the various day trips from Manali for sightseeing is the Solang Valley, which offers adventure seekers the option of various adventure sports like skiing (winters), paragliding, ice skating, zorbing etc. Our Kullu Manali Shimla tour package also comprises a short trip to see the newly built Atal Tunnel; at a length of 9.02 km, it is the longest tunnel above 10,000 feet (3,048 m) in the entire world which has significantly reduced the travel time and distance between Manali and Leh, having finally been completed 10 years after its foundation stone was laid in 2010.
Another beautiful attraction in the area is Naggar, a picturesque village on the Kullu Manali highway, which is famous for the ancient Naggar Castle which dates back to the 15th century! It has stunning visual architecture and a picture gallery with art exhibits of the famous Russian painter Nicholas Roerich. Naggar is a breathtaking escape from even Manali, with beautiful apple orchards and views of snow-capped peaks in every direction, literally feeling like Heaven on Earth.
After 2 entire days of such scenic views and awe-inspiring experiences in the high mountain peaks of Manali, you proceed towards the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, which is located 240km away and takes up the better part of the day. Sit back and relax as the mountains and the rivers engulf you on either side during this drive, keeping your eyes peeled for scenic landscapes at each turn. You reach just in time for some evening strolling in the capital city before turning in to be refreshed for the following day.
The next day of the tour promises something no other Shimla honeymoon package covers: a day trip to Kufri! Kufri is the snow and skiing paradise of India, just 20 km away from Shimla (roughly a one-hour commute). Kufri is a veritable snow paradise: it is a great place to visit regardless of whether you are an individual or family or honeymoon couple, whether you have kids with you or not, no matter your age, etc. There is something for everyone in this snowy hinterland, so just go crazy with snowball fights, explore the street food stalls, or if you love the thrill of adventure, you cannot miss the skiing experience, one of the few places in India offering that adventure sport. Unlike the more crowded, bustling Shimla streets, Kufri is relatively less commercialized and crowded, so even if you are an offbeat wanderer or budget trip backpacker, this is perfect for you to explore and chill out. We should probably warn you though that you may not feel like returning, such is the beauty and coziness of this place.
After experiencing Kufri, return to the bustling town of Shimla and start exploring the same. Visit Chadwick Falls, Jakhoo Temple (Highest point of Shimla), Himachal State Museum, Christ Church and stroll on the mall road in the evening. Don’t forget to try out the cool cafes situated at the Mall Road.
Unfortunately, all good things come to an end as the saying goes, and the same is true for your Shimla Manali tour package. At night, you board the bus for Delhi, which takes you back to the city by early next morning. However, what we can assure you is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, though ironically you might want to experience this again, such is the depth of this experience!
